Originally from Boston and now based in the Pacific Northwest, Wil Kristin’s documentary and experimental works place communities at the center of the production process. He holds degrees in Communication (BA) and Marketing (BS) from Villanova University and studied Documentary Film Production in Johannesburg through NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Wil has created storytelling work for a variety of socially and environmentally focused organizations including Ashoka, The Rockefeller Foundation and World Wildlife Fund. Wil is currently a Community Centered Designer at Context Partners. Finding Groovopolis is an inter-generational exploration of his father's work-free, free-love quest for happiness.
